The study of wearables...

Right now, wearable activity trackers are widely popular, but there is still much to learn about how they can help people be healthy.  So RecycleHealth works with organizations that serve minorities, low-income households, seniors, and more to distribute trackers and study their effects on fitness, health, and well-being. Participants in our studies receive trackers to keep and complete surveys on their acceptability and use of wearables, so we can learn more about the impact of these devices on physical activity and behavior change in different populations!
